We want your experience with us to feel effortless from the moment you arrive.

Here’s everything you need to know before your visit. From finding us inside the hotel, to parking, arrival times and how to make the most of your day at Cannizaro House.

Finding Us Inside Cannizaro House

When you arrive at the hotel, please head through the main reception.

From there:

• walk up the main staircase

• turn left at the top

• our treatment room is the first door on the left

There will be signage to guide you, and hotel staff will always be happy to point you in the right direction.

Arrival Times

We kindly ask that you arrive at the time of your appointment, rather than too early, as space in the treatment room is limited. If you are early, why not enjoy a coffee in the bar.

If you’re running late, please message us via WhatsApp — this goes directly to your therapist so they can prepare for your arrival. Please note that arriving late may reduce the length of your treatment, but the price remains the same.

Parking at Cannizaro House

There is on-site parking available outside the hotel at £2 per hour, making your visit easy and stress-free. Simply take a ticket on arrival and pay reception on departure.

Stay a Little Longer

One of the joys of being based at Cannizaro House is the chance to turn your appointment into a longer, more indulgent visit.

Enjoy coffee or lunch in the bar or orangery, or — in warmer months — relax on the terrace with a glass of wine or champagne.

Group Visits & Special Occasions

For bespoke experiences with friends or celebrations, please see the Concierge section on our Treatment Menu. We can liaise with the hotel to create treatment and lunch/dinner packages to suit your requirements.
