1. Introduction

Welcome to Take Time London. By booking a treatment with us, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Deposits

  • A deposit of 60% of the total treatment cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit is subject to VAT.
  • The remaining 40% is payable on the day of the treatment and is exclusive of VAT.

3. Payment

  • Payments can be made through credit card or Apple Pay only. Bank transfers are not accepted.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
  • In the event of a no-show, the full treatment price will be charged to protect the income of our freelancers.
  • Rescheduling is allowed, provided notice is given 24 hours before your appointment.

5. Therapist Independence

  • All therapists are independent contractors. They are responsible for the quality of their services and maintain their own professional standards.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions or allergies, including reactions to common beauty products, prior to treatment.

7. Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable; however, if necessary, we will offer an alternative treatment as a solution.

8. Modifications to Terms

  • Take Time London reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email.

9. Age Restrictions

  • Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book treatments.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
