Yes — parking is available on site at £2 per hour. Please take a ticket on entry and pay at reception when you leave.

Do you have parking?
Yes — a patch test is required for all lash and brow tinting, lifts, lamination and similar treatments.
Please message us on WhatsApp and we’ll arrange a quick time for you to pop in. The test takes less than five minutes and must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking ahead wherever possible, particularly for evenings, weekends and multiple-treatment visits.
If you think you may be delayed, please let us know as soon as possible via WhatsApp. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, though treatment time may need to be adjusted to avoid impacting other guests.
What happens if I’m running late?

Absolutely. We can often arrange this for you, however simultaneous treatments can’t currently be booked through our online booking platform.
Please message us on WhatsApp or use our Concierge service and we’ll be happy to coordinate the perfect appointment for you.
Can I have a manicure and pedicure at the same time?

Is the treatment room accessible?

Our Beauty & Wellness Suite is located on the first floor, at the top of the main staircase — turn left and through the door, it’s the first door on the right.
A lift is also available, and the hotel reception team will be very happy to direct you on arrival.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
To secure your appointment, we take a 60% deposit at the time of booking. This helps cover operations at the hotel and ensures everything runs smoothly.
Your remaining balance can be settled with your therapist on the day using card or Apple Pay and any gratuities can be given directly to your therapist.
Can I book multiple treatments in one visit?

Absolutely — many guests combine treatments. If you’d like help creating the perfect schedule, our Concierge or 360 service can assist.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours may be subject to a full charge.
You can easily amend bookings via the Take Time London app or online booking system.
Can I buy gift vouchers?
