For booking changes, cancellations or rescheduling outside of our 24-hour window, we always recommend using the Take Time London app or our online booking system — it’s the quickest and easiest way to manage your appointment and ensure you don’t miss out.

If you do need a little extra help, or would like us to pass a message on to your therapist ahead of your visit, simply drop us a note here and we’ll take care of the rest.
