1. Introduction

Welcome to Take Time London. By booking a treatment with us, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Deposits

A deposit of 60% of the total treatment cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit is subject to VAT.
The remaining 40% is payable on the day of the treatment and is exclusive of VAT.

3. Payment

Payments can be made through credit card or Apple Pay only. Bank transfers are not accepted.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
In the event of a no-show, the full treatment price will be charged to protect the income of our freelancers.
Rescheduling is allowed, provided notice is given 24 hours before your appointment.

5. Therapist Independence

All therapists are independent contractors. They are responsible for the quality of their services and maintain their own professional standards.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must disclose any medical conditions or allergies, including reactions to common beauty products, prior to treatment.

7. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable; however, if necessary, we will offer an alternative treatment as a solution.

8. Modifications to Terms

Take Time London reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email.

9. Age Restrictions

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book treatments.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
